Diplomacy is the art and science of resolving conflict and maintaining peaceful relationships between nations, groups, or individuals. Diplomacy involves representatives of different groups - typically nation-states - discussing such issues as conflict, trade, the environment, technology, or security. The specialisation covers the fields of foreign policy, international ethics, and diplomatic history. Topics include: regional studies; foreign policy analysis; international political theory; emerging technologies; and global challenges.
