About this course

Outline Outline

The mining sector is very different to other industries, due to the high level of risk involved and the large capital requirements of projects. The industry is becoming more complex as resource extraction moves to new jurisdictions and more difficult to extract resources in an attempt to keep development pipelines full.

This stream has been developed in close collaboration with business and the resources industry. It is offered in partnership with the Curtin Western Australian School of Mines: Minerals, Energy and Chemical Engineering.

You will gain an insight into the economics and market forces involved in the lifecycle of a mine.

This stream is a part of the Master of International Business.

Please refer to the handbook for additional course overview information.
